BioFuel from Sewer Effeluent diverted to proposed Algae Bio-based fuel development.  Kanapaha Sewer Plant discharge of sewer effluent to Floridan Aquifer may instead turn to a Bio Fuel to Energy solution coupled with Economic Development Answers from a Billion Gallons of Fresh Mineral water currently discharging to the sea.

Billion Gallon discharge into clean water source.  Alachua has a pollution partner to the north also in the news.   Learning from other Water Reservoirs, Wisconsin Discharge of Billions of Gallons of Sewer Effluent and Storm Water becomes news.  TDC Director of Marion County pulls team together to address Silver Springs Tourism connection that may just provide funding to Save Silver Springs as an economic resource.
Alachua has a Quantum Mechanics Theory double in Milwaukee Wisconsin.  Not as big in volume, Lake Michigan none the less is the fresh water equivalent of the Floridan Aquifer under Florida says Water Czar Don Browning.  Dumping into a freshwater source is compelling to some government officials of Alachua Florida and Milwaukee Wisconsin.  Entropy of distribution Dilution is at work.  Next pollution Clean up is an analysis of Milwaukee Wisconsin and then Canada's newest Territory Nunavut is the target of a major cleanup again funded in part by TDC Marketing efforts.

Political activist Don Browning suggests that the Billion Gallons could be used rather than sending it directly to the SEA!  We are wasting Billions in revenue annually that could go toward education and other tax payer funded expenses.

1 Billion Gallons daily more than 10 counties can use heads out to SEA!

Governor Rick Scott centers tourism around abundant water supplies.  1 Billion Gallons daily is being looked at as a resource that may be going to waste.

Water Czar Don Browning points out that a 16 oz bottle of world famous Silver Spring Water is worth approximately 50¢ per bottle and just 10% of the wasted water could bring $400 million dollars in water sales daily.  At a Billion Gallons the value of the water is $400 milllion daily at 50¢ per bottle.  Browning has a plan to give 50% of the profits back to the people of Florida who actually own Silver Springs

Florida Artist uses the world wide interest in wildlife to help solve water quality and quantity issues in Florida.  Discovering Marion County water solutions is a key to Eco Tourist dollars that will help Governor Rick Scott and the Legislature drive the Florida EDC.  The program is called the Billion Gallon Solution.  Considered one of the best areas to visit in FloridaMarion County is gathering forces of the TDC Marion County, EDC Marion and the local E Media leaders the Villages News and the Marion Sun Times.

Using a 10% volume of water now discharged directly to the Sea, Water Czar Don Browning has developed a plan to recharge the aquifer with 10% of wasted crystal clear springs water.

Saving an additional 10% of fresh clear clean Silver and Rainbow Springs water for use in Marion County, Browning and backers can protect the Aquifer from over pumping.

Why send our most precious resource directly to the Sea and then spend millions of tax payer dollars to remove the salt in order to pipe the water back to the Central Florida Marion County area.

Unless you are in the piping, desalination Utility or some aligned business it makes little sense to send our best water out to sea.

Browning's Beneficial Recharge plan also redirects Alachua County's Gainesville Utilities Processed Sewer Effluent to surface uses in Agriculture keeping it out of the Aquifer.  Currently algae is caused by the 6 million gallons of processed sewer effluent discharged into the Floridan Aquifer feeding Silver, Rainbow Springs and the drinking water utilities of Marion County.

Wildlife Artist Don Browning uses political network and Viva La Florida Connections to promote Florida's Best Tourist Attractions.  Governor Rick Scott centers an important part of jobs program on Tourist industry.  Even future US Congressman Ted Yoho and friends are supporting the Water Solution Plan as they promote the Florida Economic Action Plan program of Governor Scott

World Wide Water is valued as the key to mankinds future.  Often used for viewing only if crystal clear, Spring Water is the only source of fresh water that does not come with a Energy Cost.

Sea Water is most plentiful with over 1,000,000 shore line miles within easy reach of population centers.  Solar powered recovery of fresh water is on the horizion, however fresh water allowed to empty to the sea is thought of as a better choice for Central Florida.

Hence the Billion Gallon Club was formed to highlight the best ideas for using the Billion Gallons of fresh spring water send daily to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.

"We have a long way to go before we use up the aquifer if we can use the Don Browning 10% Beneficial Recharge Solution to be better stewards of the Floridan Aquifer."
